Why would sell wines assets that make up a quarter of your portfolio ?
in difficult time, people don't buy expensive wines.
Bad judgement form the CEO's that are out of touch with the reality of the economy ( as usual).
Even sales of wine hit bottom last year

Constellation Brands Inc., which sells Robert Mondavi wine, Svedka vodka and Corona beer, said Thursday its U.S. wine sales were weaker than expected in the third quarter but net income more than tripled as it took fewer charges and benefited from a lower tax rate.
