Two people died. Probably uncaring jerks who treated people like sh_t.

But still a bummer. The shooter should have dealt with his problems another way.

In most companies upper management distribute bonuses denied to underlings among themselves. It's one of the "perks" of privilege. I'm not saying this is exactly what happened, but the probability is very high that this or something very similar to it is the straw that broke the camel's back.
