I agree. By no overtime, I meant that these positions are typically exempt jobs and not subject to Fair Labor Standards Act overtime pay requirements. You do as many hours as the job requires, whenever it's required - and more if you want to move up. Pretty standard approach these days for most "professional" jobs. 40 hour work weeks are pretty rare these days for such jobs - but the pay and potential for pay growth is often much better then you'll ever get with overtime-eligible jobs. Gotta pay that college tuition debt somehow!
