There are people in the U.S. working 2 jobs and trying to make ends meet to provide a home and food for their fsmilies, and this greedy CEO has the gall to accept this kind of money and perks. What is he going to do with all this wealth? This service with the likes of Opie and Anthony. from what I've heard are the Two lowest pieces of tasteless trash on the air. anyone who would pay this company $12.95 a month and other charges for "SPEICAL PROGRAMMING" ,must be terribly desparate for somthing to listen to. i hope this guy has some heart and shares some of his megabundle with those who don't have anything . If he dosen't,a pox on him for being selfesh/

That's a small compensation package for a CEO in comparison. Look around the business community. Most are HUGE! They get lump sums, homes, stock options, etc.

I hope this merger NEVER goes through. I'm an XM subscriber and I don't want to pay for Howard Stern's contract. You want to hear Stern, fine with me; but you pay for it.

I need to write my congressman and express my opposition to this merger.

I don't have a problem with some one getting compensated for doing good work. The problem here is that this company doesn't turn a profit. How can a company justify this kind of compensation package? CROOKS!
