Prehaps as a compromise the traders can keep a small regional sales office in Chicago to process just the trades that cover Illinois transactions. I am betting that the taxes generated that way would be less than the ones generated by the tax "break" requested. It would be interesting to see just how much of their business was generated elsewhere and just how much of a benefit Democrats and the schools want to throw away to "stand on principle".
