Mahindra Satyam usally does the disappointing surprise. This type of incident (sorry accident) happens every alternate year, no need to get panic....

Companies have a responsibility not just to their investors, but to their employees, business partners and community. If it’s honest and truly values its employees, they partner and work together. If it’s deceptive and treats employees poorly, you part ways. When dealing with the company, the same dynamic should be considered by vendors, suppliers, creditors and customers, since as it reflects on the organization’s integrity, reputation and goodwill.

never join mahindra satyam. it is my advise to freshers also. no respect for technical associates. only management associates grow. very worst HR. they are powerless. worst management.

promotions and hikes are given only to bucket associates. i started the new project and made is successfull. but promition and hike given to other non participent. only project people grows in satyam. specially in Bombardier India Center which is unfortunately in Satyam. Ramesh Savanur, Abhay Sharma, Dinesh Bhandari, Maruthi Prasad are the few names who spoiled the management. onlh keerthi bukinkere was the right person

that is why Bombardier prefers now TCS as the stratagic prtener for business. GO TO HELL SATYAM MANAGEMENT.

Sep 1?!!, we were supposed to recieve our appraisal letters!!!! did anyone already recieve it? or is it gonna be another delay with some BS reason!!!

I logged onto Esupport and went to Compensation Letter, clicked on View Letter, signed on and only go the following

Seems, the letters are uploaded in batches.Some have already recieved it.Hope they complete this soon.But anyways, the company is obviously insensitive to associates's sentiments and anxiety. Mr Hari_T should have ensured that the process was indeed completed by Sep 1 as per his promise.

Has anybody at onsite got their compensation letters ? What is "Notional Offshore Salary" mentioned in HariT's mail ?
