It may not seem like much to someone who has made millions, but these suits are going to be like Chinese water torture. Drip, drip, drip.

Nothing seized to amazed me. If I was a customer of this bank I would move anything and everything I had from this company. This is crazy. Has he missed a payment? Does this bank do all its customers like this? What happen to customer service. OH I forgot. This is Micheal Vick! There is no customer service when it comes to him.

Vick received the loan based on his yearly income. He no longer has said income and is therefore in violation of his loan agreement. I would counter that if the bank didn't ask for their money, I would pull my funds from such a financially loose company.

If you or I had a loan and broke the terms of the loan, the bank would also want their money. Here is an example, you sell a car that has an outstanding balance left, the bank wants their money since there isn't any collateral left. It is no different in this instance.

The only group who is in the wrong is Vick. You apparently look through rose colored glasses regarding Vick and feel he is incapable of anything wrong and that he is a victim. I agree with part of that; he is a victim. He is a victim of his own stupidity and now gets to reap the benefits of his actions.

there's not a banker alive that wants to take responsibility for a 2.5million dollar loan that might go bad. The bank did the right thing. Much like a trustee sale for delinquent payments. They have to be first in line and this ensures that they will. They may not think he will default but that's how business is done. They have to cover themselves in any event.

WHY IS THE SITUATION WITH VICK SO MUCH DIFFERENT FROM ALL OF THE OTHER SCANDLES THAT HAVE BEING GOING ON IN THIS COUNTRY SINCE SALAVERY. NOTHING HAS BEING DOING ABOUT THE SUFFERING OF THE SALVES. VICK DID NOT START DOG FIGHTING. THE PERSON OF ANOTHER RACE AND CULTURE STARTED THIS.

CORRECTION: WHY IS THIS SITUATION WITH VICK HAS BEING MADE SUCH A BLOW UP IN SUCH OUTRAGE BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE LOVE DOGS BETTER THAN THEY LOVE SOME HUMANS. HOW CAN YOU LOVE GOD WHOM YOU HAVE NOT SEEN AND HATE YOUR FELLOW MAN. SLAVERY HAS LET A SPOT ON SOME PEOPLE. BUT THEIR HATRED IS STILL IS STILL THERE. LEAVE THE MAN ALONE. HE IS SUFFERING ENOUGH.

What does this have to do with slavery?(Other than the dogs being slaves to cruelty).
And just because someone else 'started' it, doesnt mean you have to jump right in and follow.

This bank is doing the right thing for their business/investors. Unfortunately, the public will still pay for the losses.

Would someone please tell the Daily Press that the country is over this whole Vick stuff. Just move on. Everyone else has, including Michael Vick. He is just waiting to be sentenced, serve his time (how ever long that may be) and continue living. As long as he redeems himself for himself and not football or other people, I can and will forgive him.

Hey NET: Stop using the race crutch, man! I agree on the forgiveness part, but it is SO lame to keep using race as a means to blame the system for a person committing a crime. Our system in this country may not be perfect, but Vick screwed up, and he will have to assume the damages incurred by his actions. Period. I don't like seeing it, but it is what it is!!

It's not about loving dogs "more than" humans. It's about not wanting animals to suffer. And it's even worse when it's an animal that is a pet to many humans. It has nothing to do with animals versus humans. This wasn't a case of Vick defending himself against a grizzly bear or a poisonous snake or a sabre-tooth tiger. Dogs are pets not fighting machines so that Vick can feel more macho.

yall are all so so messed up.. leave this man alone and let him go on about his business. he has done no more than what noone else has done. we need to tend to our own affairs and leave his alone. it doesn't matter where he got his loan from. we all has to go before the MASTER above and give an account for our sins. so stop passing judgement.
