Ferris settles fraud case

A federal judge in Cleveland approved a settlement yesterday worth more than $16 million between Ferris, Baker Watts and victims of an investment fraud that was aided by a former Ferris broker.

My sister in-law recently recieved a check from this so called company. The check was made out for the sum of four thousand dollars. Ecstatic about the whole ordeal she went to the bank. Unfortunately, when she was waiting for her money it turned out that the check was actually going to bounce. I think that this group or whatever they are is a bunch of crook scumbags!
