Toronto, ON Canadian mobile phone users are one step closer to video calling friends, family, and clients across competing mobile networks as Bell, Rogers and TELUS today announced the successful completion of two-way mobile video calling trials between carriers.

Who would have thought Canadians, like the Chinese, would have government restrictions - denying them access to online media?

Summary of Changes to Bell Internet Service Agreement

Section 3: We are amending this section to reflect the fact that you will not be responsible
for paying any unbilled or underbilled charge unless we correctly bill you for that charge
within one year.

Language is also being added to clarify that we may charge you fees for
administrative or account activities such as collection efforts, returned or rejected payments,
changes in personal identifier information, or suspension, disconnection or reactivation of
Services.

Section 4: We are removing reference to our right to charge you a $150 Cancellation Fee as
we do not currently charge such a fee.

Section 5: We are adding a right to charge you additional service fees in the event that you
breach the Service Agreement. We are also removing reference to our right to charge a $175
Account suspension fee as we do not currently charge such a fee...
