Report is totally consistent with planning priorities. Also, the commission has a history of following staff recommendations. The NIMBYs are noise so far, nothing else. EVLL had limited options and the port executive director offered limited use of the the hill. Anytime the Port needs that property, they will use it for port operations in a heartbeat.
