Good Luck Rite-Aide!!! Maybe this one will have better Security this time, eh? Wouldn't want the same 2 Perps stealing another 70 Bars of Dove Soap and threatening Store Security with a Big Knife in the Parking Lot!

The new Lowes on Columbus Parkway & Ascot is poised to open any day now too. And Toyota is moving to it's new location on Admiral Callahan & Columbus Parkway soon. Last weekend Toys R Us had it express store grand opening in Target Center. It's encouraging to see new things happening in Vallejo that are positive.

What about getting a Dave & Buster's next to the weed shop on Georgia Street?

That would be awesome.

It is about time. Vallejo needs more stores to rob.

Solano Ave is not a nice area of Vallejo, so you will not see nice people shopping there. Oh well, the ghetto folks need to shop too.

At the next City Council meeting I am going to suggest making Vallejo a "Sam Free Zone". This vote will be unanimous!

Free is the right word for me. I don't pay taxes and I take full advantage of the welfare ammeneties offered by the various public and private entities.

Yes, let them vote for the my free zone bhahahahahawawawawa.

I wonder if they will remove the chain link fence surrounding the building, or is that an extra security measure?

Same neighborhood, same scummy layabout thugs. Same CHIT different toilet! Good luck with your investment. I'll stay away for couple of months until they've shown that the criminal element isn't still there. Is that smoke shop still in that shopping center? Lots of skuzzy people hang around there. I'm dubious at best about a change in atmosphere around that 'hood.

As a kid, I remember being in front of the old PayLess store and seeing a black lady walk out. A security guard followed her out and grabbed her just after she passed the doors. The image of her kicking and swinging stayed with me for a long time.

Glad to see new business!

Let us hope they have an aggressive anti-shopping lifting (theft prevention) policy. They're goin' to need it for both locally employed and less then stellar shoppers.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Gemini

You're in a warm-hearted and generous mood today, especially when dealing with loved ones and members of the family. You want to give them as much of your time as possible, and also to do anything else that will keep them happy. The only snag will come if you're trying to spread yourself too thin and you end up making promises that will be difficult, if not impossible, to keep. You may forget all about them but other people won't.
