Tammy wrote: I really love my team and my store. I enjoy working for the company, and the management team I have. We are losing a great district manager to New York. We wish him all the luck in the world. He is a great servant leader to all he has worked with. I wished there was more positive role models like him. Michigan is is losing one it's best, but New York is fortunate to get him. If you have meet him being a customer or a associate you know what I mean! Adrian Rocks, and so will the rite aids he works with! It sounds to me like you have not worked for Rite-aid very long you are still way to "gung-ho" I have worked for them for 20 years and its worse know than its ever been. they are very penny smart and dollar stupid! All they care about is their million dollar bonus and keep the rest of us working for peanuts. '

Yeah if you are that concerned about your job than go look for a new one. All of you people whining about the company and your job, why don't you do something about it and go look for another job.

I can tell you that in Pennsylvania we haven't heard anything excpet that we need to trim hours. Well, I was Eckerd before Rite Aid and in all my years we have always cut back payroll in Jan - March. Something is definately up that they are keeping hidden from employees that is for sure. But we haven't had meetings and all the big woes that you seem to be facing in the south.
