Can't be much of a pizza if they have to buy off the possibility of competition.

They use powdered tomatoes, and frozen yeast. Why would anyone support a pizza CHAIN?

I'd love to know where you get your "facts" from. You obviously have no idea what the hell you're talking about. Freezing yeast kills it unless its done with grossly expensive equipment, causes the yeast cell to burst from ice crystals forming. Oh, and yes, i've worked there. "Powdered tomatoes"...yup, that's right, we used to take the powder and form them up with our hands to make them look like real tomatoes...dumbass

I work for Papa John's and this guy has no idea what he is talking about.

We use a proprietary flour to make the traditional dough. This high-protein flour gives our crust a consistent hearty flavor and texture. Each of our regional quality control centers is equipped with special water filtration and ozonation systems. These systems allow us to make our traditional dough with consistently high-quality clear-filtered water. Most places use tap water!!! Our dough is shipped fresh (never frozen) to our restaurants, allowing it to proof slowly and naturally. I'm not even going to comment on the "powdered tomatoes". Dumbass!

Isn't the norm in any business to establish strategic partnerships?

I want to establish a pizza delivery business in a small town in the UK where no small or corporate org is yet. I like your comment on fresh pre-made dough, it sounds like the perfect way to create great pizzas. Can you recommend how I can obtain the best recipe to acheive the very best results?

Lobster and shrimp alfredo pizzas are great. Expensive, but great! No tomato sauce; just alfredo!

Where the hell do you get your information? Papa John's tomato sauce is canned, sure, but canned within 6 hours of the tomatoes being picked, and the dough is fresh, never frozen. I've worked there since 1992.
