Tomlinson united for its first-ever Walk-A-Thon

Tomlinson Middle School will host its first-ever Walk-A-Thon on Friday, Oct. 1. All 786 students, along with faculty, will participate, as Star 99.9 provides music and The Pantry and Poland Springs donate refreshments.

I am a 7th grader at Tomlinson, and I had the most fun ever at the walkathon! There was a tug-of-war for each grade, and my homeroom won!!!! For a prize, we win a bagel breakfast, and my homeroom teacher, John Whaley, gets a dinner for 2! Today was a lot of fun, and I'm glad that I was able to participate in it.

i am a 6th grader at tomlinson, the walkathon was not that fun the walk was short and stupid and the cookies tasted like shit (they were really cold). they should of let us walk into town center that would be awesome. Nothing is better that waliking with like 1000 kids in town center and holding up traffic
