Discontinued Prediction Wedge

This question is for anyone! who occupies a management level position within your company.
Why?!!, WHY??!, WHY??????!!!! Did you make the decision to stop production of the Wedge Heeled, Black Microfiber, Casual Slip On that your stores carried, in an abundance, in my size: 11, AT A FABULOUS PRICE!!!!!
I purchased 6 pairs of those AWESOME!, COMFORTABLE!, GO WITH EVEYTHING!! shoes.
I would have bought more, NO EXTRA $$$$$$$$$.
After opening the box of my last pair and going to the local Payless, you *****es changed the style
to VINYL, SHINY, CHEAP LOOKING, CHEAPER MADE DISGUST.
Then, you returned to the Microfiber...BUT! with an OPEN HEEL and STRAP....
NOT EVEN CLOSE.. As a working mother of 2, most of the funds go for the KIDS.. I found a well made, beautiful looking, comfortable, affordable shoe (2 yrs. ago)....I have not shopped at any of your stores since......

PAYLESS..........YOU HAVE GOTTA STOP WITH YOUR MADNESS, I agree with MOM, you will get a GREAT /GRAND shoe and then you discontinue.........that is not fair and it's not right , you would think you would want to keep HAPPY customer not JUST young spenders.........but then again you guys are tryna KEEP UP with the "JONES" as well..........that's why I often by 2 or 3 pair as well of your good shoes...!!!! Darn Darn Darn !!!

Oh for heaven's sake. If you want to be taken serioulsy, at least use good manners. Learn to spell, Punctuate, and come to grips that certain things just are NOT life threatening! Sorry you are disappointed, but time to move on.
