This is the same board that let Anne Stevens rob the place blind for three years. Great job picking another outsider.

With a degree in chemical engineering and an MBA from Harvard, I think he may be well-qualified to lead Carpenter. Why don't you give him a chance to do so, and evaluate his performance after he's worked there for six months?
