A Virginia truck driver used a device out that could have come from a James Bond movie to try to get out of paying the $65 toll to cross the George Washington Bridge into New York City, police say.

However much fun that sounds, trolls generally lack the necessary symmetry, and tend to have too much gravitational mass to obtain the spin velocity needed for good skipping.
