As a small business owner in Central Ohio (that doesn't live there anymore)
the outlook in my opinion, SUCKS!
Ohio is full of people that want handouts and companies will never move back after leaving. The place is going to be a ghost town very soon.
If you aren't black or hispanic or a homo, you won't belong there.
