the bilis kabit promo is loucy

GAmBE)I the daughter of the name written above(AQUILINE GAMBE) writting this letter to all of you regarding the promo of bilis kabit.In our Area of caloocan extension,we applied for that kind of promo last month they installed it tomorrow after but we waited for one month for them to activate the dial tone , until now we are astill waiting for it. we always complain it to thier office but they keep only promising,saying that hey will come tomorrow , but until now i dont see them coming.please infom this!

PLDT "Bilis-Kabit" is supposed to be "Bilis-Singil". Last March this year, i apply for myDSL to have it on my in-laws house in Las Piñas and they check it thru their map on their system and said it's possible for connection, then ask me to pay for the subscription after 2-days; however, after 1-week of waiting since it's holy week i don't even see one of their staff survey's our area then a week after, they say it's not possible to have the services due to our location. So i ask for refund but they won't give it right away. They will promise that they will call us but i didn't receive any single call from them.
