Columbus has thrown everything possible at Penn National to keep it from being built here in Columbus. Let it GO COLUMBUS STATE OFFICALS and let it be built as the voters approved it. I am a love hate person in seeing this built but the people have voted so GO AHEAD with it.

"Dispatch Printing had agreed to drop all of its legal claims before the Tuesday deadline, but "Penn has been insistent on now saying they want more than that, " said Steven W. Tigges, an attorney for the publishing company. "We've told them in no uncertain terms we're not going to do this.

Tigges could not be immediately reached for comment this morning."

So The Dispatch is reporting on The Dispatch, but can't reach The Dispatch's attorney for comment? This is wrong on so many levels.

John Wolfe spends $97k on a piece of property next to the casino to just have legal standing to plot another road block ... and just can't give up the ghost. Give it up -- unless the Dispatch has plans to bring another employer of equal size to that run-down area, get out of the way. The patrons of the casino won't be bothering you in your Bexley home.

The Disgrace definitely needs to butt out and let the Casino go through as intended. Stop trying to MAKE news and just report it!

Bummer. I was hoping this thing would be delayed by decades in court. We will rue the day we inflicted this financial abortion on our fair city.

Sorry, you're out of luck there too. The track will be another added benefit to the West side and won't bother a flea, such as yourself.

Another added benefit? Are you kidding? No one but the white trash out there want that thing built.

In a few years, the west side is going to be booming!
