I read a pamphlet that came with my bill that spoke of PG&E asking for an increase in rates due to the amounts that went up for them having to pay more to receive services from outside companies for us to receive utilities that they already paid for. However I've always heard that PG&E was not allowed to raise their rates to receive any monies back due to the San Bruno mishap. Please tell me where you received this information from? It kind of does then allow for PG&E to receive money to make the San Bruno repairs needed indirectly, if this is truly being allowed. Don't you just love how we have so little say so in our world to what happens. By the way, PG&E asks yearly to increase their rates from the governmental agency that governs them. Sorry forget their name at the moment.

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Leo

You're in a very idealistic mood today, making it almost impossible for you to view loved ones in their true colors. If they've got any faults you won't see them because you'll have blanked them out. This rosy vision of your nearest and dearest is fine if it doesn't last long but it will cause problems if it persists and you continue to brush any problems under the carpet.
