More than four years ago, Bill Gates, Microsoft Corp.'s co-founder, asked Congress to fix a "terrible shortfall" in the supply of visas for high-skilled foreign workers.

This would be tragic. Hiring American workers and having to pay a living wage. Sound the warning indeed Bill Gates.

This freak Gates believes in population reduction through coercive means.
