whats going to happen to our phone line service when we get hit with a cyclone or torrential rain, you cant even keep the 111 service going. You dont have the trained staff to do the job now, since you made hundreds of qualified technicians redundant. Mr Reynolds you need to go and stop employing foreigners to do kiwis jobs. Telecom is making millions and you still keep getting your big fat salary. What about the network and all the families that have had to put up with shit XT and landline faults. This is not good enough. We are not a third world country. Get with it Telecom.

And the guy who was in charge of the yahoo email change over just happened to leave before it was all sorted out (which took months).The amount of spam increased after they joined up with yahoo.Yahoo's slogan is "we collect personal information" and telecom passed customers info onto yahoo without even asking.Yahoo are spammers and telecom DO pass customers information onto local spammers as well.I have caught them at it and when challenged about it they denied it.The emails came with telecoms blessings.!!
