You could tell i was missing everybody and poobah had gone out to meet up with he and shannons dear friend peter so i had gotten back from the beach kind of sunburned and wanted to chat music so you were here when i was posting. Hi sweet Poobah i didn't sleep to well for thinking about everything that's how i have always been but used to sdj was online so whenever i was roaming restless and needed him he was there for me it seemed like he just knew i needed him no matter what time of day or night it was i would post and was missing him then before long somehow he was so intune with me he posted back. I have never gone even a day without chatting or posting with sdj for 3 years so he knows Me i totally am intune with him through our hearts and minds it seems like. I'm glad i have YOU, Shawnee and everyone here this is a nice forum i feel blessed to have met you all here.

Poobah you are so sweet letting her choose that's just adorable so you have to tell us what great breakfast you had as i sit here eating a weight watchers blueberry muffin. I love watermelon and cantalope so i have fruit of some kind every day i love red delicious apples as well plus salad oh i'm determined to get my girlish tight toned figure back if it near bout kills me LOL! I'm on my way i already ran on the treadmill just thinking missing ya'll sdj and shawnee i really am glad i have You all here in my life too and Rob you really got me through stuff the other night just in being here for me thanks so much.

Johnny is wonderful and we loyal fans are so glad he's the lead singer of Lynyrd Skynyrd. I'm waiting for the new cd and we know it will be wonderful.
