What a deal ! Work for less than half of the pay the mechs at the majors make, piss poor benefits ,work for a contactor to the airlines with the ups and downs of a contractor and lastly work for the best people fired from the major airline !

I can't disagree with you. However, it is what it is. People just do not support unions anymore. When a union goes on strike, it's important that every working stiff supports that union. When people rush across the line to take the jobs, and rush across to do their business. This is what you get !

On another note: The airlines have given away their means to maintain their aircraft. In time, these contractors will cash in on that.The exnwa executives are prime examples of the know nothing airline executives of today. They believe it's less expensive to buy new then to maintain and fly what you already paid for.
