Whenever I load a stream (or resume a stream) on any of my devices (Mac, PS3, iPhone), the stream takes at least 5 minutes to start playing. Once playing, everything is fine.
I've contacted Netflix, who sent me their default "improving your streaming quality" email. After following the recommendations on that, I'm still no better off.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what I could try to sort this problem out?
I'm not sure what my broadband provider (O2) would be able to do, given that everything else I do online works without issue.

do a speedtest on your line and post the results.
When I watch Netflix on my tv, it is slow, slow, slow. However, when I watch Netflix 5 feet away on my computer, it works like a champ! Same internet, same speed. No magic. I can run Netflix on the computer and on the tv (it syncs automatically) and there are no download issues on the tv whatsoever. Fast as lightening, no stops, no delays. I'm wondering if my network settings on the computer are messed up. I set the exact same settings (address, login, etc.) on the computer as they are on the tv. Any thoughts on the matter?
