Gates Foundation Gives State Libraries $8M

Microsoft founder Bill Gates is giving Connecticut libraries $8 million. The Gates Foundation presented the grants Tuesday to libraries in 11 states.

Mabey some of this money can be used to reopen the two branches that were closed.
