Justice Benjamin Will Stay On Massey Case
MetroNews Charleston, Kanawha County State Supreme Court Justice Brent Benjamin says he will not taken himself off a case involving Massey Energy and Harman Mining Corporation.
....popularly-elected judges are not subject to media-driven attacks from which they cannot defend themselves, from campaigns to generate a veto power over judges by the creation and maintenance of public controversy in media outlets, and from attempts to engage in "judge-shopping" - a practice universally condemned."

Judge Ben-g is a sorry excuse for a human where do this jokers crawl out from he was not breast fed but he eats very well some one like that that has the power to effect the lives of so many all you have to buy one put it in a black robe and it makes the law well what do expect in a h*ll hole of justice we will just have to hope he eats himself to ****and maybe an early heart attack keep eating big boy
