Any doctor that tells their patient to fatten up on UNHEALTHY food is an idiot!!!! My gosh, doesn't eating carbs do enough???? or what about, dare I say, dark chocolate....lots of calories and fat there, but at least it has its health benefits and proven not to raise cholesterol....
