I have been working for McDonalds for a few months I know window and drive thru I am wondering how to become a crew trainer?

Your Store Manager will approach you with an offer. You need to know all stations perfectly, which generally takes a year or so.

You do not have to know every station in order to be a crew trainer. In order for you to advance into management, you do need to show profeciency in all stations which can take as little as 4-6 months.

You should approach management and express your interest in training. You should NOT wait for them to approach you.
