Witha all honestly, Mediacom is pretty much a scam. There probably isn't one bill we have gotten that we didn't have to call Custom Service, or go to the local Mediacom payment center to get it changed. And yet with that, on the telephone they say "Oh, let me check on my computer," and such and abruplty hang up on you. And at the local payment center they will not allow you to vioce your oppinion on it, but say "This is what you pay," and on and on. Very disrespectful. I wouldn't recomend getting thier service, it's deceiving.
