Lawson Software gets takeover offer

Lawson Software Inc., a St. Paul-based maker of business software that counts Carl Icahn among its largest investors, received an unsolicited $11.25 per share cash buyout offer from Infor and Golden Gate Capital, the company said in a statement Friday.

Being a market analyst, I can say that Lawson has dominated ERP software sales the Healthcare industry for a long time. They have made great strides in retail in recent years, and they now have the only truly unified HR offering in the industry due to their recent acquisition of Enwisen. If you are going to post something online just to post something, use craigslist.com . That's a more appropriate website for people of your intelligence level. Michael
