Corporate greed, not union, is responsible for pulling everything down at Lockheed. Just take a look at executive pay and severence packages, not to mention stock options, bonus's, and platinum parachutes,and consulting fees,free medical, excellent retirement. And now they want to take what a pittance of benefits and retirement the little people have so they can have even more, what a shame and a sham!

How many more of our machinists union workers and their family members has to DIE from lack of health treatment because of Lockheed Martin ended their medical insurance benefits on April 23 2012??? Several of our brothers and sister have pass on since this CORPORATE GREED STRIKE began and Lockheed MARTIN do NOT CARE at all, more money for for the executive.

unions are the death of companies. damn lucky to have a job and want more. for those on strikes, how'd you like the no $ and healthcare for your family in the 7 weeks. hope you or anyone in your family get into an accident. will the union come in and pay for your medical care? cross the line already and get back to work. damn it!

those fellows laid me off 19 years ago.the lockheed boys plan GET RETIREMENT CONSESSION NOW<hire heavley over the following years offer the new workers a large contract bounus say 10k each the new guys vote away all retirements for every one.this is being done every day by money grubing copinies.look on lockheed site there is only one hourley job listed ONE those guyes are not hireing any one,just crying poor mouth and pleading proverty like all ways.SEACREAST OUT.

I have a better idea. How about you non union workers stepping up to the plate and fighting for what is just instead of crying about what others are fighting for. Fighting for a decent living from a corporate conglomerate is the right thing to do. Quit whining about what union workers earn and join the ranks. Why do you non union workers want to drag everyone down?? You don't stand for anything with your approach and the company certainly doesn't give a damn about your well being. Union workers have led the way in creating a middle class and fighting for things that non union workers receive.

@ george donte. Us non union has nothing that we need to fight for. They own the company so they can pocket all the profits and pay lots of money to their execs for all I care. They gave me a job, pay me good $ and provide me with good benefits, what else can I ask for. You union members are so ignorant and gullible that you don't see what's right and what's wrong. Did you have to tap in to your 401k to pay your bills and food for your family for a cause that's not even about you or your family? How's that $150/week holding up for you? Good luck asking for donations and getting unemployment.
