Linen's N Things is my favorite store. They alway's have great customer service. I take my BBB coupon's to them. I live in San Diego and there stores are much more fashion forward. BBB is always cluttered and if you have been in their stores lately they have no help. If you find any sales help, they are talking to each other complaining about hour their hours have been cut. I hope that Linen n Things comes out of this recession on top. I will never give my business to BBB.

I work for them and I know that they have done everything possible to turn their business around. The stores are cleaner, better merchandised, more guest friendly to name a few things that have changed since apollo bought them out. It's just unfortunate that the economy has taken such a turn for the worse. If they get through this they will be coming out on top and BBBY will have a run for thier money.

i was at the Schaumburg, IL LNT yesterday trying to find a pair of champagne flutes. That store was EXTREMELY cluttered and disorganized and when I asked for help finding the flutes, I was told to try Target...even though the flutes were online. I'm not surprised LNT is going out of business. The Schaumburg, IL and Hoffman Estates, IL stores have terrible customer service, and are so disorganized, they did not even know if they had my item in stock!

Well I'm a former employee. I am very happy that the company got what they deserve. They didnt listen to us in the field and made horribly dumb decisions.

I worked for the company for quite a long time and when I first started with them the store was much better organized and made MUCH BETTER decisions.

I hope they can get it together before its to late.
