The city leaders have turned a deaf ear to citizen complaints about traffic congestion and they rely upon voter apathy to keep their jobs.

Has the city has been asleep at the switch, or is this real estate mess due to their over reliance no their developer friends to bail them out? Rezoning of the failed properties is possible, but this is a bad plan that will only infuriate neighbors as a result of more failed promises.

Thank you for exposing the over-development in Boca. How about a pulitizer that exposes the back-alley dealing that resulted in this real estate boom-bust in Boca?

Stop the Over-Development and protect the quality of life that Boca Raton residents were promised.

Development failures should not be a surprise with the way the city hands out permits for unneeded projects. The city leaders appear to have fallen off of a turnip truck as they believe the unsubstantiated promises of all developers, who now cannot meet their promises. How many other approved/unbuilt developments will need to fail before the city stops approving more variances to accomodate developers?

Traffic is terrible in Boca, yet they continue to over-build. Who is running the show in Boca?...developers!

Follow the money...the city is getting money to approve projects and increase their tax base, so they are going to continue approving all developments...Good Bye to Responsible Planning and the Quality of Life in Boca!
