His shrill attack ads are getting worse every day. Flat-out-LIES! I like the continuing points being made about his temper tantrums and arrogance towards anyone outside his circle of influence. The man is a BULLY, a SORE LOSER, and a ROBBER BARON all rolled into one. Keep fighting for the Mega Rich, John! Our Hero...NOT!

TIMES UP TED!!! Ted has been a bumbling, incompetent idiot who has surrounded himself with wide eyed, naive, ignorant advisors and agency directors that don't know the difference between their ass and their elbow. There's gonna be a new sheriff in town. So get used to it.

Don't you just love how neither candidate will tell you how they plan to bridge the $8 billion budget gap? I'm surprised Kasich didn't pull out the Tea Party script and give the stupid answer of "cut waste, fraud, and abuse." So, if he's promised not to raise taxes, where do you cut $8 billion? I'm glad the media keeps asking, but they really should refuse to report anything from either party until they give specifics on this answer. How can you be for or against either candidate if you don't know their answer to how they will plug the $8 billion hole?

The parts I can agree with in the article are the comments about his "hubris" and arrogance. Having experienced his dismissiveness as in "if you don't agree with me" I don't want to talk to you." That's not the kind of behavior we need to accept out of our public officials. Perhaps Kasich should have stayed on Wall Street or on FIX (oops) news where he must have felt right at home. And.....by the way....since when does being a Catholic or United Methodist not qualify you as "Christian?"

Realistically both candidates understand that until the economy turns around the jobs situation won't get better, not in Ohio, and not in the country. Both are hoping that will improve in the next term. Neither of them has a magic bullet to bring back jobs quickly. Anyone believing otherwise is just a simpleton. The question is who do you want making the necessary budget cuts/tax calls until the country sees a real recovery? A guy with a history of listening to the corporate interests or a guy with a history of trying to help the folks who are hurting?

I'm relieved to keep seeing the Strickland campaign workers keep posting here and while your at it have Ted tell you one more time why he OUTSOURCED the school funding fix to unelected lawyers? We've lived through 4 years of Strickland circus which includes the loss of 400,000 and growing job losses. Then of course we have the Marc Dann scandal which resulted in the dehumanization of young ladies and of course from the Kennedy's to Clinton we already know what kind of record the Dumbarsecrats have with their treatment of women. Naturally the ODPS scandal which included one of the top liars attempting to spy on those ratting him out and her you thought it was only Republicans who spied on the taxpayers? Let a real man who won't protect career criminals like Mike Coleman and save companies like Nationwide money step in the void to fix our state budget just as he did for Bill Clinton. This is the first step to cleaning the impostor & thief out of the Whitehouse in 2012 and saving our country from being sold out.

Being the hometown of Ohio State University, I didn't know there were so many brain-dead left-wing socialists in the state! Larry in IN, he's a real brainiac! KnotStandingStillI from Powell, OH, the real ritzy place, I just hope I'm never on the same highway with this Einstein, he has a place, but somehow he's escaped and still free! Outsourced, well, this one just needs a loving mother and compassion! If someone has an extra flashlight, please let Outsourced have it! Educated chicano, well, this is America and being in America you still have the 'right' to your opinion, but I'm skeptical of yours! Strickland Backer, well, this 'poor soul'and what it needs, I'm not sure anyone exists out there who could explain to it in a manner which it could understand! True Cost continue to linger in la la land for three more weeks and you may undestand, I doubt it, but you may. Vote Strickland! And you'll become totally dependent on the state just as a druggie is on their pimp!

Nice guys do not make good leaders. Just look at the present Governor. We need a Governor who is not afraid to "Man Up" & get the job done no matter who he pi---- off.

What a bunch of field pies. Kaisch will be just like Jim Tressel, looks good pre-season, but fails when the going gets tough.

"Kasich says his run for governor is a selfless endeavor and, with characteristic self-assuredness, says he will happily retreat to private life once he has fixed Ohio."
Will this retreat be before or after a White House run (tried before in 2000)?

Well, if you want to know how Kasich might deal with the budget shortfall, look at Gov. Christie of New Jersey. He has done a fantastic job there and has only started. If Kasich does half as well, it will be 5 times better than the mess Strickland has made of a difficult situation economy-wise.
