A complete shutdown of the state is what will happen. Ohio unemployment is HIGH due to taxes and the unions. Competitive wages, low taxes and incentives to work with businesses is the way to go.

so strickland is running on the fact that he has never really had a real job and we can't trust someone that made 500 k in one year. Dems are so funny, they bash the rich but bank on them to provide funds for their grat society plans.

What are you going to do when Kasich is elected? Funny thing about AFSCME, FOP, and even the Ohio State Troopers Association is that their support of these Democrap clowns and cronies by far do not reflect the feelings and views of their membership.

Governor Ted has to be fearful with the general mood of the citizens of the state. That's why he came out negative... he has no accomplishments to speak of at this point. Remember how he was going to fix school funding his first two years in office or else by his own definition, be a failure? You betcha!

The dumocrats are worried! Tax and spend policies don't solve anything! It simply angers the voters. They will never learn to stay out of my wallet!

It has previously noted by political writers that Kasich was not a major wheeler dealer within Lehman, and was hardly a high level decision maker. I would be that Kasich may now regret having worked for them. I currently do not favor Strickland nor Kasich. It should be noted that the Strickland camp is not paying for this ad. Can we vote for 'NONE OF THE ABOVE'???

Kasich could have been a good candidate, but there is absolutely no escaping the fact that he had a major role with a Wall Street firm. Major role? He lead a branch in a major city (Columbus) and he had an influential role. Moreover, when he was in Congress he took money from Wall Street firms and his votes reflected it. As sad as it may be, Strickland can and will make an issue if this and Kasich has no defense of any kind. Things look good for Strickland.

Strickland is doing it all wrong. If he is going to smear Kasich, he should find the 'Obama connection' not Lehman. That'll really do some political damage to kasich!

I am putting my full faith and support behind John Kasich. Ohio is experiencing massive job losses, home forclosures, a $12 billion state revenue shortfall and no leadership or hope from Governor Strickland. I can't imagine anyone voting for more of the same. It is time for change.

So lets get this straight!! Why would we not want someone who succesfully ran a branch of a fortune 500 company and made good money? What did Kasich really have to do with the collaspe of Lehman Brothers and what did he really know? As far as Strickland goes, what real world buisness expirance does he have?

Kasich's plan: 1. Cut Taxes. 2. Do nothing. It'll work out b/c we cut taxes. Dumb.

So he had a real job! Is that a bad thing??? The governor could only hope that he could get a real job someday that is not in the government.

The ad says, "Ask John Kasich to explain how he got rich on Wall Street." Why aren't Ohioans asking why 430,000 of us are out of a job? These attacks on Kasich are ridiculous. Ted Strickland is a failure in office and needs to be replaced.
