There is no outrunning the stink.

Where does he work now?

Maybe Johnny Fox WallStreet just wants to be governor because he lost his Wall Street job.

I wanna know about his tax returns too. When Kasich ran against Shamansky in '82, he called on Cong. Shamansky to reveal his tax returns because Shamansky had a variety of real estate and other financial holding. Now, he wants to be gov., but won't show us his income sources during his time on Wall Street.

Give it up Kasich. Why should anyone trust you?

I really wish we had a legitimate third choice running this year. Instead we have Kasich's, tax cuts for big-business & bank buddies, or Tax'n Ted's spend more than we have. Either way, we lose.

Finally... Kasich camp came out and hit the nail on the head. Strickland has given one positive idea to change Ohio around for the future. He can't even show his face, I didn't pick up on that one. Smart for the Strickland camp to not mention his name or his past, and the future can't really be talked about because the problems deal with Strickland. This guy is gone after November.

Please, what is it with you leftist whiners?
Kasich has a plan and about anything is better than Strickland's huge failures.
I am optimistic that we could repeal or limit sales tax and getthe burden of school funding off of home owners. Now if we could break the back of the teachers union we could really fix things.$100k per year retirements are a GROSS overpayment.
While we are at it we need to get rid of our incompetent Attorney General Cordray. What a buffoon!

Let's see: you're going to do away with taxes. Break the teachers' union. Take away teachers' retirement (honestly, how many retire on even half your number?). What next? Close all of the schools? We might as well, since there'd be nothing to fund them with. Or would we ask for federal aid to make up the shortfall? Hmmm. With no public schools, I'll bet we'd really attract business and industry. Move over Mississippi!

While this piece accuses Strickland of throwing mud, most of the negative ads I've seen are directed at the governor. The ad saying Ohio lost 400,000 jobs under Strickland airs nightly on the local TV stations. Although the ad was paid for by the Republican Governors Association, Kasich's campaign website stresses the same point. Here, you quote Rob Nichols saying Kasich is offering positive solutions to...create jobs, but the TV ad with Kasich talking about creating jobs doesn't explain how the candidate would do this.

Strickland has done nothing while employers and jobs have fled Ohio. Well, nothing except try to gut school choice for parents and take credit for the Third Frontier program that he had nothing to do with. He can only sling mud because he's accomplished absolutely nothing while in office.

Kasich just last week rolled out a policy proposal on replacing the Department of Development. What has Governor Strickland proposed to do? Do we even know who Governor Strickland is? I don't think I've seen one thing on TV from his campaign even mentioning his name.

It is unreal and certainly unrealistic that Ohio will not allow Indian gaming into the State and secure a compact with them. The Shawnee Tribe has a right to be here and is willing to build family vacation resorts along with the casino to draw outof state people into our state by offering them a unique vacation that could not be found anywhere else.
Ohio is losing billions of dollars and tens of thousands of high paying jobs while the politicians know they cannot bring jobs letting Ohioans suffer.
Shame on you politicians, you can't dupe all the people all the time.
