More corruption from the Republican Crime Syndicate. It's over, wingnuts. You can't count on the corporate media to hide your shenanigans any longer. They've had it with you, the voters have had it with you, and you people are just done.
Please, get the heck out of politics so we can try to clean up the mess you guys made of everything.
Dude you just posted the same spew on the story about a dead body found in a quarry on the South side.

Dude, trying to explain things with advanced concepts like facts and logic to the right-wing knuckle-draggers on this board is an exercise in futility. It's like trying to teach Sarah Palin how to spell. They've been brainwashed by ministers, televangelists, and hate-spewing bloviators from distant relatives to Rush Limbaugh that Jesus wants them to vote Republican. They'll never quite grasp that it's GOP policies which are causing all of the financial hardships at a micro and a macro level. Just like how they'll never catch on that the money they scrape together for "The Reverend" never quite gets to the people who need it the most, but "The Lord" must have somehow provided that shiny new Mercedes for "The Rev."

"The GOP candidate for governor WORKED FOR A TIME
(emphasis mine)" at Lehman Brothers Investment Bank.
Was that during summer vacation of 2003? One fiscal year? Seven years?... Salaries, benefits, bonuses...?
Title(s), duties & responsibilities as delineated in

No one in the Fourth Estate has a clew, eh?

<quoted text>Suggesting to steal or lie or cheat , is sort of called conspiracy to commit a crime. In this instance , helping the pension funds lie and breach their fiduciary duty is kind of a crime. DOH!
I don't see where it said anything aobut stealing or lieing or cheating. I think he was suggesting a way to spin it to be more favoralble to Kasich.

Your reasoning is like the glass is half full so someone must have stole the missing half of it.

Lying while in charge of public funds is a crime.
The public safety director got bagged for lying, why is this any different?

The only person that seems to hit the nail on the head on this article is Frank. The AP "Journalist" spews one or two sentences about an email just to get everybody riled up and angry.
What does this story really tell us. Not a whole lot. Milburn told OPERS to state that their losses were not entirely the result of Lehman's bankruptcy and that their losses were less than those stated by the State Treasurer.
It is a statement of fact that many other investments lost money for OPERS as well as Lehmans. While Lehmans was one of the major bankruptcies, they are many others that have caused the downturn in the economy.
Furthermore, comparing the losses of the State Treasury to those of OPERS is comparing apples to oranges. These are two different pools of money with different investing objectives.
I really wish these "journalists" would document the whole story instead of just a few snippets.

Wrong! Tracey was a Democrat and the county commisioners were all Democrats at the time! Try again!

You had better do a little more research before speaking. Tracy was a lifelong Republican. Look it up.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Gemini

It's a red letter day for relationships under the Lunar Eclipse in your house of significant others, because you're facing some important and far-reaching changes to some of them. The pressure has been building since the Gemini Solar Eclipse on May 20. f you've known for some time that things aren't working out, you're about to reach a crisis point as becomes obvious that the present situation can't continue much longer. The coming New Moon in Gemini on June 19 will see progress of one kind or another, though this unusual eclipse cycle will have a far-reaching effect. You may have to be cruel to be kind, or more forceful than you would like, in order to get your point across, but do you really have any viable alternative?
