Has anybody bothered to realize that if you were to go out and try to find a job that even came close to paying what IAC in greencastle In.pays with their tiny little benifits package,YOU COULD NOT DO IT!!(not in indiana anyway)So if you think that all off the loss that this company has suffered now and when it was lear corp. is all the fault of bad management,and bad bussiness you are crazy!Come on we are all supposed to be adults here!Stand up for you job!!Take pride in your work stop wasteing company $ if you see somthing that is in need of change get off your ass!!If you at least try to save your job.When this place folds up you can say "I tried to do the right thing" Oh shit never mind it's too late!&unemployment doesnt have medical insurance! Thanx N-E way DUMB-ASS!!!!!!

Well we have being painting here too and cleaning.
We are going to have visitors next week.
I guess they will see what all they can move out of our plant too.
Our plant manager tells us that he don't know why they are coming in for Bullshi! he knows hope they take him out with them he don't know how to run a plant.
And after Jim Keppler & Carl Beckwith leaves on Thursday .
They will be a lay off.But they will not say how many. company or union.

I like the latest fast one they are trying to pull off. Lets create a new job for the new work coming in. Call it an assembler instead of a operator and offer it at 10.00 an hour Vs 14.63 an hour they are making now. We can use the employees we have and if no one bids on it force the lowest seniority to do it. If it weren't for a certain alternate bargaining committee person filling in and spilling the beans out on the floor I wonder how far this would of gone. Management had some of the others convinced that this was a good idea. Our concessions only passed with a second vote at 53% and they are crazy if they think we will take any less.

Is Bud Harris still there? Someone needs to shoot that fat bastard.
