Please wait...
It is hard for me to even worry about concessions when i have almost ten years in and i am laid off out the door again. I work @ IAC Mendon and we already have a 4 tier pay scale and it sucks. I understand where you are coming from BUSH but i can not give anymore.

Maybe Wilbur will lose out on another 400mil from his net value at the end of this year after all of this. If we are really lucky, his ass will go broke and he can pump my gas for me. If he loses money he sits in his Board room and takes it from somebody else ...... We at Strasburg had 4-8 million of our profits taken from us for a "FEE" that he won"t even say what it"s for ? We had about 3 million more profit than Sydney and got 138 before taxes ! Amazing what lawyers can do and get away with huh ? Doesn"t pay to work hard anymore if it"s taken from you with no reason ! Ticked off in Strasburg ....

I do not understand the fees that were taken out of your profit sharing and what you guys received compared to Sidney. The recurring fees are corporate fees, that supposedly cover administrative fees, other obligations that are imposed on the company, i am guessing here but thats what i learned about recurring fees. They again supposedly are taken out of everyones profit sharing and were even taken out of last years but something is not right that you guys at Strasburg received less than Sidney. I would definitely have your Union Chairperson check into it. It appears you guys are getting screwed big time! If i am wrong, please correct me and help us to understand the fees. Peronally, i think the fees are personal income or bonuses for the top guys so they can spend a couple weekends at a $450,000 resort.

Hope the reps and OUR attorneys do the same ?? Hopeful

I don't understand why we can't wait until we see the language of our new contract before we vote on this so-called economic frame-work. Also, it seems odd to me that I.A.C. would be concerned about new-hires at this point.Part of the framework is new hires starting at a lower pay scale. I think most of our plants are in the same boat as mine, we have over 250 employees laid off. I can't picture us hiring anyone during the three years they are offering. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
