Where did the Learq stock go?

It would seem like a lot of us were taken advantage of by Lear in this operation. I couldn't help but notice that once Lear wiped out all of us shareholders their stock opened at $50 and is now valued at over $100 a share. I would say there are enough of us to bring a class action against them. They are made rich after incompetence and giving a free pass while our funds are tossed away. This doesn't settle well with me.

"Lear Corp. won bankruptcy court approval Tuesday to pay 29 executives and managers $20.6 million in bonus payments if the company successfully emerges from bankruptcy."

All of this going on while employees are taking pay cuts and we are having our stock reduced to less than the value of printing paper. Is anyone else a little frustrated by this? If they are paying out over 20.6 million to 29 wealthy people than they can obviously afford to take care of the stockholders or at least buy us out of our positions. I think there is potentially a pretty good case here.
