Where did the Learq stock go?

What happened to all the stock in learq did it just desolve into nothing? If so, how can I desolve all my bills so that I don't have to pay them either? How can they do this?

There is a class action siut and you should have gotten something on it...sorry about all that stock but you can still use the paper if its soft enough...lol
