Our current plant manager is Monty Shell. He has been in the Lebanon plant for a few years now, doing various jobs. I understand that he spent like 15 years or more in your plant before coming here, and that he left ALOT of dirt behind. Anyone care to shed some light on this subject??? And would you be interested in having him back!?!? LOL!

Respect is something that is earned! And I owe you nothing!
If you choose to harass your fellow co-workers, then by all means do so!
I, for one, have better things to do, and more to worry about than listening to your petty bullshit! Good Day!

Ive known Monty since the late 80's yes, he worked at Lear, and for many years, Automotive Industries . Yes, i would like to have him back. So if he has been there for several years, then you should know by now what kind of person he is. Dont always go by what others say, all i can say is if you do your job, and do it right you have no problems with him. Yes in earlier years , he might have made some mistakes, but who hasn't. Let the past stay in the past.

Who was your plant manager before this Monty? Does anyone know where Jeff Oversen and Ryan Stacker came from?

He is in Greencastle. He is our production manager. Jeff Oversen was our plant manager until last week. Now he has a new title in material optimization, whatever that is. Sounds like a one foot out the door kind of job.

Yes he has been here several years and his reputation "definitely" speaks for itself!!! Makes no difference how you do your job, matters more how cute you are, or how much ass kissing you do.

So if you're in to lying, cheating, adulterer's, then yeah, I guess you might like him.

I am not one to judge a book by its cover, instead I draw my own opinions based on what "I" witness for myself. I was only curious what kind of behavior he had demonstrated in prvious plants. Wasn't lookin' for rumors or stories, only the facts, please.

As for most of us here in Lebanon we are more than ready for his ship to set sail. The tension here with the contract concessions, is bad enough without dealing with his ritual of lying, and womanizing everyday.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Sagittarius

Relationships have been going through through testing times since the Solar Eclipse at last month's New Moon in Gemini on May 20. Events may force you to reevaluate the state of a partnership. You may even decide that you need to make some major adjustments if things are to carry on as you would like. During the coming fortnight leading up to the rare second New Moon in Gemini, this may feel like a crisis, but that doesn't mean you should abandon all hope or throw out the baby with the bathwater.
