Hey fremont, thanks for the rt work. We will get right on that project. If u need any help just whistle, u know how to whistle right.just put you'r lips together and (BLOW).Hollar if u hear me.Vevalarasa.
Sheboygan is also making rt floors for them and then they get sent back and relabeled so chrysler thinks fremont made them. Maybe someone should call Chrysler.

Finest: Maybe Chrysler does not give a rats a** but if you ask me that is being deceitful to a company that basically will be securing you a paycheck.
To be honest our own company is taking a risk by doing this, they should be careful that Chrysler does not pull the whole sh** out of IAC!

Finest: You know, we would not have a problem helping out one of our sister plants but when they take a line out of our plant to give to you guys but then they realize gee" we forgot the heel pad" so we get it back for a week or so to run parts so we can save Fremont.

It again is taken out of our plant sent to Fremont who from what i understand cannot seem to make a good part as of last week, so Sheboygan to the rescue again...
We have a second line that can run those parts but at a slower pace but we are running them. We make the parts send back to Fremont who will relabled the RT floors and send on to Chrysler but will look as though Fremont made the parts and Sheboygan saves their a** again!

Now why do you think Sheboygan is lashing out,why do you think we are pissed off?
Your plant would feel exactly the same as we do if the tables were turned so go ahead and make childish comments but we have a right to be pissed off!

I am more mad at Ross and Associates than anyone else because the work he takes from our plant is work we should be keeping and the work he hasn't put in our plant is work he owes us. Ross and his cronies took our money at concession time a couple years back and told us he would fill us up to 60-80% capacity and here he has done the exact opposite and kept our money.

Yah, it sucks that our work is at Fremont but that isn't a choice that any of us get to make. In the end we just get stuck to deal with it, frustrating. Nobody likes not being able to influence and control the things that go on around them as it makes you feel a bit helpless and I see a lot of that feeling going on around us.

As much as it pains me to see that Fremont has what was once ours and I could use a hundred salty words to describe how I feel about it, I know the blame really lies in the hands of our owners as it was their decision to move our work elsewhere. We've done right by them and they have not reciprocated that to us.

Let's all try to keep our chins up and hope for the best, we could all use a little support from one another.

i hear what ur saying Sheboygen we were told that same story a couple of yrs ago ourselves in 2007 when we took concessions but unfortunantly they have done what they said they were gonna do & that was to fill us to capacity. i think though that they hav bitten a little more than they can chew with what we r getting put into our plant. we hav only been strictly blowmolding since i've been here but i'm excited that we can finally see & do something different but at some good peoples expense. we here at Fremont wish u guys the very best & we Workers United Local 1448 have ur backs into the future what ever that may be

i feel like we are being set up to fail. i mean come on they give us junk equipment that we have to piece together and wont stay running for sht and to top that off unreasonable deadlines for a crap load of parts that was more than likely not going to be met. hopefully it will all come together though in due time. i think more parts should have been banked, more time spent planning all the moves instead of just grab and go, and we should have been given more time to prepare and get our sht together for such a big change. i am very happy we got more business but im a little disappointed how this was kind of dumped on us

Your story sounds exactly like ours. Took concessions with promises that were never filled and then sent work to Fremont. It was like I was reading my own story in your post. God help us all*

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Cancer

If you want to avoid having a row with someone, get out and about as much as possible today so you can work off all your nervous energy. If you stay in one place for too long you'll be in danger of becoming moody, and possibly even a right old crosspatch. You might also lose your temper with loved ones who are being bolshie or who have the audacity to disagree with you about something. Lighten up, Cancer!
