If you want to make more, you need to make wilbur so damn rich he uses hundreds to wipe his ass. the more money you make him the more leverage you have come negotiations time. Have you ever heard of starving your golden goose. hell no! they make that goose fat, comfortable and even take feed from the other geese to to satisfy the golden goose. Know matter how much noise that goose makes, it's still his favorite. We need to become that golden goose. If we do that, we will not have to worry about being cooked for sunday dinner.

He's done wiping his @$$ with hundred dollar bills, he let's someone else wipe it for him now. You do realize how much net worth he is, right? The problem with Ross and his associates is they aren't happy with making money (Sheboygan is a good case in point), they want more money. I knew this guy was bad news from the start for the working class because of his track record with "restructuring" other businesses he is involved with. He and his associates are wrecking machine to the people that pad their lifestyles. You only need to look at what he has/had his hands in to see that (GST & ITG, ISG, ICG and now IAC), you would most likely be appalled with Ross and associates with their business practices. They don't care about the 'golden goose', they'd melt that down and make it in to gold bullion if it would make them and their financial investors a quick turn on the dollar with it. Sorry if I am a bit saltier than usual, just hate to see good working people on the bad end of things and now it seems like it may possibly hit closer to home than ever around Sheboygan. Sheboygan was one of the golden geese from the get go but they are not satisfied, they only want more.

Do you cry about every damn thing. We have no say in the policies. they only have to give us notice before hand. you have four weeks of vacation, thats 20 days. how many more damn days do you need. you would think that you couldn't afford to miss any work with all the crying you did about losing $1.37 on the concessions.

It will not make a difference to us at all as they are closing the Sheboygan Plant, only curious.

I don't know what will happen now but there is a very good lawyer with knowledge of the constitution and bylaws backing the appeal. can't have a revote without facts to back it up

This did not come to light until the last membership meeting when it was admitted to by Mike in front of everybody there. In terms of •compromise - A situation in which the secrecy of a private key cannot be relied on, eg if there has been unauthorised access. I do not accept a yes vote until it is done with proper procedures that will prevent any chance of malice. As far as Angie is concerned she has helped many people in this membership and has even had to educate some of our elected officials when they have not had a clue. She has spent countless hours on grievances and has been instrumental in organizing the kids and adult parties for the membership and their families. Were you there to help? I hardly call that selfish. all you had to do was ask to see the votes and paperwork and it would have been produced right away instead of relying on speculation and hearsay.

Then I decided to call other presidents from other locals to see what they said about voting on the exact same contract the third time. They said that they would never let that happen, in fact they also said they were sure that it was not legal to vote more than twice on the exact contract unless the wording has changed. You can not make an appeal untill after the fact. So how was I supposed to make an appeal on something that hasn't happened? And of course we had to find a lawyer before we made the appeal. As for my inability to educate others, well for some reason I have passed a lot of knoledge to others when they have asked. I have also helped a lot of other shop stewards on things they have asked me for help. No I am not a shop steward anymore but then why do they come to me and ask for help? The union has not paid for all my knowledge I have paid for most of it. Are our stewards not willing to do this for the union members. Where was my person to tell me what I needed to know when I didn't know, there was none I researched it all my self, and yes with some of the education that the union did pay for. Don't forget where our e-board got most of their education from, classes and me. You want to call me a back stabber, for standing up for what I beleive? Thats why I can say you are a coward, stand up for what you beleive and put your name on here. Or other wise you need to leave me out of your conversations. If you can not put your name on here then that just goes to show that all that you say is nothing but lies. once again, all the accusations in this post are hearsay with no facts to back them up. Get a clue, if you took any of this to a court of law, you would be laughed out the door.
