I heard the lay-off went up to #5909.i talk to Pam Lockhart few days ago she doesn't know if they are to call anymore back.

I hear Strasburg is making their product for IMA (DRings) then shipping them back to the Lebanon plant then Lebanon plant is having to ship them to IMA.....alot of sense there huh???? Why is this can't Strasburg ship their products???? They accumulated all this business from Lebanon let them have it!!!!!

heard strasburg's iac working 7 days 12 hour shifts?what's with all the overtime?who's the big orders for?anymore news on callbacks?maybe hiring more?no merry christmas here....

Lebanon IAC is working 7 days a wk 12 hrs to build banks for everyone.. then Strasburg is running their parts and sending them to us to ship out what is with that..... Strasburg should be hiring back the people to do their own dirty work instead of sending it back to us to send to the customer.. we close at the end of Dec. don't ya think it is about time Strasburg takes it's own junk up there they wanted to stay in business which they have let them have it and let them figure it out!!

thats what they did in sheboygan also, other plants were making the parts but they had to be shipped from us because IAC does not have permission from our customers to ship from another plant.Good Luck Lebanon

Yes i know cause i start back monday my call back date ended jan.2 so i have to start as a temp which sucks but you do what you have to to bring home a paycheck.

how are things going at Strasburg ? not much being said anymore .

These iac plants wants all they can get with lower pays .They have already starting to push the unions out they fired a president at Madisonville KY local2386 for job abandonment .They set him up good he left the plant and came back with the supervisor knew he was gone.
