You are wrong about where the problem began. The problems began when the UNION took over. I worked in the Tampa plant long before the UNION was there. We had a solid management teams and dedicated work force. I was there since 1980 for 25 years. I was never part of the UNION and am now retired. I got out before the fall, Thank God.

R. Neal I was saddened to read about the future of Lear Tampa. The groups of production employees that I had a chance to work with were "Top Notch." I think about them often. Sometimes as a supervisor it is hard to convince individuals that you do care about them and their success. I hope that the future for you and all of your team will be better and brighter. Michael Martin Prod. Supervisor Lear Tampa Yr. 2005 to 2006.

If you can't fight for your jobin Lear, why not join Lear as a shareholder to make some of your money back. Last chance to buy LEA under $2 before Thursday earning/debt announcement. From there Lear stock will double in two months.

To all the people I have worked with in the last 28 years (including the years with United Technologies) We had the best people in the world and the best Union. All in all it was a great place to work and management treated us well. I really do miss working there and also the region 8 UAW people who gave us a lot of respect. Best of all the NON-Union people who worked there finally found out that the union did do a lot for them also under the Leadership of Richard Neal. GOOD LUCK to all the LEAR Corporation Employees.
