Any idea of what the circumstances where for both cases, if it isn't inappropriate timing to ask about that one?

True. The last guy to get fired is not going to come back. Clearly violated the lock out policy. No contest by the union.

Stuck in Sheboygan, why are you so interested in lock out tag out in all the plants? Are you looking for ammunition to help yourself in Sheboygan or are you just nosey?

our second fired person Is a spastic idiot. He has a plate in his head from climbing up on a rack. he just recently stuck his hand in a drill press and cut off 2 fingers. He is always in a hurry and cuts corners so he can go run around and visit. this time he crawled over a safety fence without the operators knowledge. Enter the back of a slush machine and stood on the charge box. To change a hose. The operator was ready to cycle the machine when she saw feet.
and stopped from swiping the button. Then when he was being chewed out he went over and made the operator cry.( an old lady) then he got turned in up front. He also would never be in the union and was constantly bad mouthing everyone. So he got no help there.

We've had 4 management and 3 members get fired due to the Company's zero tolerance to a violation of the lock out tag out procedures.

Just another excuse to "thin the herd" and bring in cheap replacements. This will be the way people get replaced at any plant that buys in to this new blanket agreement. Once wages are slashed for new hires, seniority gets a target on their backs.

thining the herd after we got called back from the bankruptcy. We had over 140 people on light duty. they are still out of a job. If they were injured when it was lear UTA or Sheller Globe. Its not IACNA's problem. over 100 of them got rid of there doctors excuse right away about 40 of them are still fighting it.

we are having fun with your floor grinder. It started shaking real bad took it apart it has 2 idlers they were both ruined. It took the machinist 12 hours of work to repair the idler then we pressed in new bearings. the bits with the little square bits suck.I ran it for a couple of hours on sunday to see what its like to run. Those teeth ones are not worth it. The number 16 bit works the best. We are doing 20,000 square feet with it. It will be worn out by then.LOL thanks a lot.

I guess he was our one warning he was running 110 through a 480 cabinet and got a little tingle when he brushed against a fuse blade. Instead of shruging it off he went poor me. I have to report this. It was a bad career move.the next thing he knew he was fired.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Aries

Don't get embroiled in a bad-tempered skirmish today, for it might turn into more than that if you aren't careful. Everyone seems to be ratty and argumentative, but once you let the first spat take place it's effectively declaring open season. Even though things seem out-of-joint, keep your lines of communication open.
