109 is the head count at lear roscommocn, that is a fair cry from 40 and still not 300 which will most likely happen again. nothing has changed some of us work some dont. its all in who you blow, or play golf w/. the queen and her court are all in Arlington so when the cats away the mice will play, what a week! the lit' bauld guy ran the place and he cant be everywhere so we have LARRY (the die storer) taking notes. he gets paid by the word... you all have a nice weekend and we will have new rules on monday.

I blame most of our problems on our bargining chair person and that idiot Dave Tanning (UAW Rep.) I can't believe he allowed our Barginging chair person to stand up at a union meeting and wave this proposal at us and saying if we don't except this proposal our plant will close. He does'nt know that. Dave should of corrected him and said this is our gut feeling rather than frighting people into accepting this proposal. It amazes me that this proposal did'nt pass 2 times but the third time after telling the people they would'nt have jobs it passed. THIS IS THE INTERNATIONALS FAULT!!

Oh no, it could NEVER be the unions fault, they are too smart to screw their own over. When are you people going to wake up and realize that the union loves places like Rosco. because they make lots of FREE money on dues and can tell you stupid lies and you believe them. Maybe there is a reason the union is losing so many members every year and not gaining many at all. If you would just go to work and do your job you really wouldn't need a UNION. The union is pretty much for the LAZY and the STUPID anymore.
